Flexibility where to start? The first step is awareness of the stiffness, sure. If you’re reading this, it may be time to take action!
Flexibility can be achieved over time, with consistent practise of yoga. To keep going, our classes are short (30 minutes) and varying sequences. I don’t like boring and repeating classes, so you’ll discover new flexibility exercises each time, and also have fun.

The movements are guided step-by-step, adapted for beginners and intermediate level. The day before every session, you receive an e-mail explaining one of the poses we practise.

Stimulating your metabolism in the morning, opening your shoulders and chest, mobilizing lower back and hips, not only lubricates and strengthens your muscles, joints and bones, but also puts a smile on your face and makes you feel good!
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
The participants join from all over Europe, from Portugal to Finland. After class, you can directly log out or stay for a chat and discover/share life experience, holiday places and even make friends.
SUMMER TIME TRAVEL TIME
I love travelling – you might have guessed. Sea and Mountains.
During this free course, I will share with you, within the private Facebook group and by e-mail, photos from the locations where I’m staying and will be most happy if you also share your summer photos with us, within the FB group or on IG.

The classes are reserved to female participants.
Some sessions are rather dynamic, others more gentle, without standing poses. The poses are always with variations within your possibilities, so over time you feel ease for practice and your body is enjoying the stretches and movements. Your mind and emotions follow your body. Hi There, I am Miliza
I started Yoga seven years ago, long working days in an office and back pain being my daily companion. Yoga helped me to overcome my stiffness and find energy.
Four years ago, I left the administration-business world, on the research of happy people around me, ended up on Madeira island, Portugal, where I made my Yoga Alliance RYS200 Yoga Teacher Training in Integral Yoga.
Our Mind and Emotions follow our Body
In 2020 I completed the Svastha Yoga Therapy modules with focus on lumbar spine and shoulders. Specially in these shaking times I want to help other women and men taking action to find and keep strength and flexibility, because: Our mind and emotions follow our body.

Thought would be too difficult to me
“I enjoyed, among other things, especially how you made the shifts from one asana to another in a very “natural” way. I enjoyed the mini-course all together a lot, and I do feel I want to join now the 4 weeks of Yoga for your back. Resumption of Yoga practice
Participating in this 5-day proposal (Yoga for your Back – Easter 2020), was a significant decision for me. Miliza took an excellent approach to my resumption of yoga practice. She chose the movements very well and had an excellent pace for online practices, making it possible to understand and follow 100% of the class. During the course, we remained focused on breathing all the time, guided by Miliza, which made the movements more effective and kept us in the here and now.
As a result, I felt more ready for the day and reduced back pain; I was feeling mainly in the neck area. The most important thing is that I feel like continuing to practice and take care of my body and soul. Thank you Miliza, you gave me a gift.

The asanas bring the tensed muscles both strength and relief. The breathing exercises open up the chest so the oxygen flows in the whole body. The relaxed atmosphere helps to be able to let go of the everyday stress surrounding us. It made me each morning to wake up and already be waiting for the yoga, like a child waits for Santa :).
