Back pain won’t get better over time, if you don’t take action. You can find relieve with over the counter products, of course. But then there’s no miracle: your body is made for movement and needs regular moves daily.

That’s why I go for short but regular sessions in my live online classes.

Here is How I Can Help You


30 minutes step-by-step guided classes for beginners and intermediate level. You strengthen your back and core, you open your shoulders and hips, with dynamic sequences following your breathing. Decide yourself how often and when you join.


We meet 2 times per week for 30 minutes, Mondays and Thursdays, morning and/or evening-session. In addition comes a private class to align your postures. You also get Bonuses like free New/Full Moon yoga, discounts on retreats etc.


And then… you can feel the difference and it becomes a habit you don’t want to miss! That’s what happened to many participants all over this crazy year 2020 and we go on, often stay together for a chat after class.  Special conditions apply, of course, for every month you wish to renew.

Most of these participants have never done online yoga before. We are all discovering this new way of functioning together. It’s based on mutual trust. That’s why I never record the Zoom sessions or the participants. The videos showing my own practice are done with a separate camera.

The asanas bring the tensed muscles both strength and relief. The breathing exercises open up the chest so the oxygen flows in the whole body. Resumption of Yoga practice

Participating in this 5-day proposal (Yoga for your Back – Easter 2020), was a significant decision for me. Miliza took an excellent approach to my resumption of yoga practice. She chose the movements very well and had an excellent pace for online practices, making it possible to understand and follow 100% of the class. During the course, we remained focused on breathing all the time, guided by Miliza, which made the movements more effective and kept us in the here and now.

As a result, I felt more ready for the day and reduced back pain; I was feeling mainly in the neck area. The most important thing is that I feel like continuing to practice and take care of my body and soul. Thank you Miliza, you gave me a gift.

“I don’t have yoga equipment!”

Comfortable cloths and a clean, non-slippery surface are sufficient for home practice. You might want to add a folded blanket for your knees. The yoga classes are planned without any particular props (other than a chair, a towel or a cushion).

what is svastha yoga?

Svastha means well-being. Svastha Yoga is practicing yoga in a way that each individual reaches his or her perfect state of well-being – without entering into the range of pain, by gently building range of motion and core stability.

These 30-minute sessions are inspired by Svastha Yoga for lower back and shoulders. From breathing exercises to finding balance and calming our mind, to gentle flows of sometimes well-known postures, varying intensity to reach the different levels of muscles.

Hi There, I am Miliza

I started Yoga six years ago, long working days in an office and back pain being my daily companion. Yoga helped me to overcome my stiffness and find energy.

Three years ago, I left the administration-business world, on the research of happy people around me, ended up on Madeira island, Portugal, where I made my Yoga Alliance RYS200 Yoga Teacher Training in Integral Yoga.

Our Mind and Emotions follow our Body

In 2020 I completed the Svastha Yoga Therapy modules with focus on lumbar spine and shoulders. Specially in these shaking times I want to help other women and men taking action to find and keep strength and flexibility, because: Our mind and emotions follow our body.
