  • A small pillow/cushion to sit on
  • Optionally: a folded blanket to support your knees
  • Laptop/tablet/smartphone with internet connection to join Zoom
  • A quiet place where to take time out for yourself

We meet Tuesdays: 30 minutes step-by-step guided yoga for your lower back. Followed by a 20-minute Mantra session.

Following payment, you will receive a instant download with all relevent details regarding your drop in session including your zoom meeting information.
